To Access AVD, you will need to install a software, you will not require admin rights to install this software, so please click on the below link, once clicked a file will be downloaded on your computer under Downloads folder, the file name will start with RemoteDesktop_xxxxxxx_x64.msi:

Once you have located the file, double click on it.
It will open up an installation setup window, go through the prompts, once installed you will see a program name in Start Menu called 'Remote Desktop', click on it, you will see the below window where you click on 'Subscribe':
At this point it will ask you to login with your Safe Places account, follow the prompt. Once you done you will see an icon called 'Desktop' in the Remote Desktop window.
If you do not want to use all your display (monitors) then right click on 'Display' and click on 'settings' - Toggle the option 'Use default settings'
Under 'Display Settings' select an option to choose which screen/s you want to use for AVD to use under 'Display configuration'. You can also use the 'Maximise to current displays' to have the session maximised on the selected screen, and few other settings you want to choose from.
Now you are ready to connect to AVD, double click on 'Desktop' and then it will ask you enter your username and password and MFA if you are outside of Support Office. Followed by a windows like below, click on 'Yes':
It will take you to AVD Remote Desktop session, you will be presented with Windows 11 Desktop.
