If you see the below message when trying to submit a case induction:
Please follow these troubleshooting steps.
In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
- In the window that pops up, set the "Time range" to "All time".
- Ensure all of the boxes are ticked.
- Press Clear.
- Completely close your web browser, wait for 5 seconds, then re-open your web browser.
- Try submitting the case induction again.
If, after following these steps, you are still unable to submit a case induction, please submit a support ticket.
