Ensuring your web browser is up-to-date

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. Click Help > About Google Chrome.

  3. In the new window that opens, check that you see a message stating "Chrome is up to date". (The version number may differ from the below image).

  4. If it does not display this message, you should see an option to update Google Chrome. If you do not, please visit the following site for more troubleshooting steps: https://www.google.com/intl/en_au/chrome/update/

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. Click Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.
