If you are experiencing issues logging in to the DXP mobile app, please follow the steps below.
When opening the DXP app, it will show a field labelled Email, as below:
In this field, do not enter your email address, instead enter "sfc" (without the quotes) and press Next.
When you press next, it should then bring you to the below screen:
On this page, enter your Safe Places email address (e.g. john.smith@safeplaces.com.au) and press Next.
This will take you to the below page:
Enter the password that you use to access SharePoint and press Sign in. This should then log you in to the DXP application.
